「狂歡高粱」的意象來自於「賣雞首魚尾」，是金門酒席上豪邁而熱情的獨有文化。

 

「賣雞首魚尾」是勸酒遊戲，增添飲酒樂趣，透過上菜時雞頭、魚尾的指向來確定誰是主賓、最有福氣之人，接著其餘賓客依序疊加飲酒，直到輪回主賓將累加的杯數一飲而盡，往往讓客人酒酣耳熱讚不絕口。

 

我們以混合豆的方式，結合中南美洲及非洲豆，意在平衡酸甜與苦澀的適中，讓入口時能帶著堅果穀物的咖啡香氣，浸入最純粹的金門紅標酒，保留那股餘味繞樑的芬芳麴香，且後勁綿延醇香飽滿，就如同杯觥交錯的酒席，酒酣耳熱的人們肆意享用美食，敬酒狂歡。
